The Sol Forest Ecopark project appeared on the homepage of many famous Asian newspapers such as Singapore Business, Channel News Asia, Travel & Leisure.

"Vietnam is set to be home to the tallest residential building in the region, and one of the highest vertical gardens in the world, with the launch of the progressive Solforest Ecopark project in 2022.

The development will feature 400 vertical gardens added into the facade of the two towers, specially designed to cope with the climate change in Northern Vietnam", wrote Singapore Business.

According to CNA, "some of the key features include a 10-meter wide balcony and an automatic watering system installed, which operates on an hourly basis for each type of tree and direction of each apartment. The drainage system is designed exclusively for the planted balconies."

In addition, "Sol Forest Ecopark will feature two towers with a spectacular view of the 54-hectare island bay of Ecopark and the Red River. The development will also include a resort square, a pedestrian street lined with parks, lakes and lush foliage, and a saltwater swimming pool with a waterfall."

Singapore Business call this a "new standard in eco-architecture", with 1,194 luxury apartments, the development will feature 400 vertical gardens added into the facade of the two towers. It will have 8 penthouses, with a total 1,000 sqm of garden and a private swimming pool.

"The natural landscape of the Ecopark township itself will incorporate over one million trees, which will result in air quality the equivalent to New Zealand’s", compared by Singapore Business. The author considers the project a significant product for buyers from around the region particularly Singapore, where investors look to diversify their real estate portfolios.

Before CNA, earlier last week, Travel & Leisure - the famous American magazine also featured Sol Forest Ecopark.

Sharing on Travel + Leisure, Dewan's expert - the project's designer said that he had built Sol Forest Ecopark with the goal "to develop two towers that will become sustainable design symbols in Vietnam and rival top green architecture around the world".

Accordingly, "Ecopark employed a team of 500 tree engineers and greenery experts to devise solutions.

Ecopark’s professional botanist conducted research and experiments on plants to decide which were suitable for the wind direction and light direction, weather conditions and height of each apartment. The plants selected would have to be able to resist extreme weather, survive significant temperature drops and would need to be evergreen plants that rarely shed leaves."
